Another solid day of training. Split jerks felt really good today, all of them were nice and crisp except for one slight press out during the set of 185. Looking back, I probably should have started a bit lighter, after I finished the first set at 175 I looked at my notebook and realized it said "moderate" so I probably should have started around 165 but oh well. I felt like I wasn't punching underneath the bar as much as the last few weeks, not sure why. The weight felt light on my shoulders though so that's good. 

The double under/pull up piece went really well, all double unders and deadlifts unbroken. Pull ups were unbroken for the first and third set, during the second set I came off the bar after 7 reps because I could feel my hands starting to tear. My cycle time on butterfly pull ups is definitely improving and they are getting less fatiguing.
