Power clean was slow today, 180 was probably one of the uglier power cleans I've done.
Movement prep went pretty well, I focused on thrusters and bar muscle ups. I did a few snatches with an empty barbell as well.
The rows at :10 were kind of awkward, as soon as you get going then you're already done.
