Really solid day. Snatches felt great today, nice and fast. I still struggle returning the second rep to the hang, I feel like there's no easy way to do it.
Reverse lunges are very difficult. I managed to get 16 with 115 but only got 12 at 125. This affects my breathing more than anything else.
I was pretty happy with the DB bench, these are definitely getting easier.
Airdyne sprints didn't feel as shitty as last week, recovery was better between sets.
