Breathing was excellent on everything today. The AMRAP went really well, tried to stay moving the entire time and kept transitions short. Handstand walk was unbroken the first two rounds but had to break at least once on the last three rounds because after the farmers walk my forearms felt like they had been dipped in cement. Double unders were all unbroken. Breathing was really good on the runs and I was able to pick up the pace a little bit, very happy with the improvement on this. Another good day in the books.
